Sherin Clarke is a staff accountant at FredrickZink & Associates, focusing primarily on tax work.  She began her career with a regional firm in Grand Junction in January of 2007, gaining experience in both tax and audit during her first busy season in the profession of public accounting.  Having been an intern for the firm while attending college, she was welcomed to the staff of FredrickZink & Associates in August of 2007.

Sherin received two degrees from Fort Lewis College, a Humanities degree in May of 2002, and an Accounting degree in December of 2006.  While pursuing her accounting degree, she was an active member of the accounting honor society, Beta Alpha Psi.  She is currently pursuing her CPA certification. 

Sherin assists the firm in providing both tax and accounting services for their clients.  She works with individuals in addition to businesses of various industries and business structures.  Her business knowledge and experience includes sole proprietors, partnerships, LLC’s, and both S and C corporations.  She readily pursues any research necessary for tax compliance.

Sherin coaches youth soccer for Durango Youth Soccer Association, the local soccer club.  She also enjoys running, cycling, and snowboarding, and simply being outdoors.  She and her husband reside in Durango.
